Cant craft or buy these ( other than buying from other players), so it is recommended to hold onto these as they may be a useful tool to help you raid bases.

Those are a great way to gain an explosives bp, you usually get at least one of those from doing oil rig, and you can recycle them for 25% chance of getting the component
